Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. If you need to cancel the reservation you must contact the hotel before 4:00PM local hotel time, 24 hours before the date of arrival to avoid cancellation penalty. For reservations that were booked through third party such travel agents or on-line travel agencies you are required to contact the booking channels the reservation was confirmed with to request the cancellation. Please refer to the terms and condition stated on your confirmation letter that was provide by the booking agent or agencies.
